FAQ

Typically, we dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you place your order before 8:00am ET on the East Coast or 8:00am PT on the West Coast, your order will be shipped on the same day. However, if you place your order after this time, it will be shipped on the following day. You will receive a tracking number for your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

Your purchased item will be shipped from either New Jersey or California, depending on your location. If you bought the item from Amazon, Walmart, or Wayfair, and it was fulfilled by one of these companies, then our channel partners will determine which warehouse it will be shipped from. Our products are extensively distributed to our channel partners throughout the United States.

If you place an order before our shipping cutoff time (8:00am ET on the East Coast or 8:00am PT on the West Coast), you may modify the delivery address. However, if the items have already left our facility, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

In the event that your package is damaged, kindly take a photo of the damage and send it to info@kozyard.com. Additionally, please review the assembly instructions and list the part number and quantity required for each damaged item, so we can promptly send you free replacements. Remember to include your PO# and contact information, so we can address your concern in a timely manner.

Kindly provide us with your order number, as well as the part number and quantity for each required part, so we can dispatch them to you as soon as possible. If your purchased items are covered by warranty, we will provide you with free replacement parts. However, if your purchased item is no longer covered by warranty, we will provide you with a reasonable quote for the requested parts.
