Missing Parts

We purchase the Apollo 12x20 and hire to have it assemble. We found that we were missing roof panels and receive extra panels. Now we have to pay this people to come for a second day. Customer service only said we sorry and no explanation. I like the product but not a great experience.

I love my cozy yard gazebo I bought the large one several years ago and now I’ve purchased the spare set a curtains because mine are 34 years old and they’re getting a little thin. Don’t need to replace them yet, but I wanted to have them on hand. Thank you so much.

Tough curtains but not as pictured

These curtains withstood the worst windstorm we've had in 17 years. My only problem was hanging them in the gazebo without instructions from Kozyard. I still cannot determine how to hang them to match the photos.

Just what we wanted...

The curtains for our gazebo fit great! They have really allowed us to use the gazebo during the cooler fall weather and our hope is that it will help enough with the snow and cold winds of Chicago so that we can access that area during the winter months. One small issue is that the stitching on a couple of the ties came loose. Other than that, these have been a great purchase!!
