Everything was perfect. We found the size we needed and got a discount with our first order. It came in less than ten days. The trucking company set up delivery and the driver laid three boxes on our driveway. We assembled the frame in 4 hours and the next day we finished the roof in about 4 hours. All the parts were labeled and all the holes lined up. The quality of the gazebo was also sturdy and the paint finish looked nice. Thank you.
I recently invested in this gazebo to cover my hot tub, aiming for added privacy and a touch of elegance. Lets start with the positives C the gazebos build quality is impressive, and the aesthetic appeal is exactly what I envisioned.
However, the assembly process was a bit more challenging than anticipated. The instructions were somewhat unclear, and certain parts required extra effort to align properly. It took some time and patience to get everything in place, and I would recommend having an extra set of hands for assistance.

We purchased this gazebo to replace some shade we lost when we took down a 100 years old dying tree close to the house. We wanted to add some privacy as well. Originally we were going to hire someone to build the gazebo, but our family pitched in and put it together. The hardest part is getting someone strong enough to hold some pieces while the many screws and fastened.
The directions were good and everything arrived undamaged. We are extremely happy with the end result. We have brick pavers and needed a way to keep the gazebo anchored. I purchased the pots in the video and my husband filled them with 100 lbs of conceals occ for drainage. I plant in the upper 1/3 and it makes the look more finished. Love it!
Haven’t received the gazebo yet, but not impressed with the shipping times. Been two weeks and haven’t seen it yet and the tracking link doesn’t work. High hopes for when it actually arrives
