Shipping and communication from the manufacturer was great from the start. I know $350 in shipping seems steep, but it was worth it to get it all there quickly in one piece not damaged. At the same time, we bought a second gazebo for a second property. The gazebo never actually delivered and was a mess and I was later refunded. We ended up buying a second one to match our first after we installed it. We purchased the gray 12 x 20. It honestly took us quite a while to get it together. Works best with two guys on ladders and a ground guy getting pieces. It took us the the better half of two days to get it done start to finish. I would purchase a third time with no complaints! We replaced an aging Gazebo in our backyard with this and Wow, it is really nice. It exceeded our expectations and really transformed our yard. It took my wife and I about 30 hours to assemble it, it was not difficult it just has that many parts. I did have to drill out a couple of extra holes that did not seem to be in the right position but no big deal. We watched several really good videos on YouTube on assembly and that really helped. I live in Arizona and it seems to be holding up very nicely so far.
Boxes shipped direct on a skid so no damaged parts. Extra screws/nuts were provided for each type of hardware. Well designed and constructed parts. Instructions were clear to follow. Only downside was center supports needed holes redrilled as they did not line up with the mating parts. Overall very pleased with this gazebo.
I brought this gazebo in March 2024 and so far so good. I had an excellent experience with Customer Service. I received my Gazebo fast and the entire transaction from asking questions prior to buying and even after. excellent so far I got approval for my building permit prior to purchasing Gazebo which is so AWESOME SO FAR.
