I brought this gazebo in March 2024 and so far so good. I had an excellent experience with Customer Service. I received my Gazebo fast and the entire transaction from asking questions prior to buying and even after. excellent so far I got approval for my building permit prior to purchasing Gazebo which is so AWESOME SO FAR. We love the gazebo, it's the perfect size (12x20) and just want we wanted. But unfortunately, we were sent incorrect pieces for part of the roof frame and we have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times with no response. So at this point, it is incomplete and it is not something I would recommend to anyone.. I hope we can get it fixed, otherwise it will be a hassle to break down to return. (As you can see from the photo, the pieces "U1" do not align to the roof panels. The holes are completely off. This is on both 12ft sides. So without the screw to secure it, it will let water fall inside. This was one of the final big steps. So it was frustrating getting to this point to see it not be correct.) FYI: The instructions were not clear at times, but there are YouTube videos online that helped clear up some confusion.
Great looking, easy to put together. 12 x 20 took 2 of us 15 hrs to complete.
Overall a fantastic looking gazebo and extremely sturdy. Took many hours to build but it’s worth it. We are missing one roof piece that I emailed the company about and have not heard back yet.
