A tree fell upon my first one, bending its beams and panels. I really liked it, so I bought the same model and resurrected it. I am very happy with this gazebo.
The English/chinese instructions left a lot to be desired, fortunately as a retired construction electrician I was able to build this unit with only a little difficulty. Will need a second person for some stages of the build . Once completed I was very happy with the quality of this gazebo and would highly recommend it. Still have to add the privacy and mosquito curtains
Purchased gazebo directly from the kozyard website during a great Mother’s Day sale. Received it in less than 4 days. Inventoried parts and noticed one missing. Called the company and received great customer service. Had missing part in a few days. Took our time and it went together well. Hardest part getting part D(corner poles attached to bottom of upper roof). Had 4 people assist. Very roomy inside with high ceiling. Currently have love seat, 2 chairs, electric fire pit and 2 end tables under it with plenty of room for more. It rained and didn’t notice any leaks. Curtains/netting are very nice weight and pretty grey color. I did install the extra curtain clips they gave in case I need in the future. Love the arched roof, classy and not bulky looking. Screwed into deck, very solid. Hope it holds up in the snow. I would definitely recommend this gazebo from Kozyard !!
The gazebo arrived about 1 week after I placed the order. The shipment arrived in 2 cartons. One of the cartons had some rips & tears in the cardboard, but there was no damage and no parts were missing. The parts are all nicely marked, well packaged against damage, and small pieces were bagged seperately.
I did the assembly alone - yes, there are a few steps where it would have been nice to have 2 people, but for me it wasn't a problem. It took me 2 days to assemble - probably about 8-10 hours in total.
The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow for the most part. A few steps required a bit of tinkering with the pieces to understand how they fit together. Just take your time. As noted in other reviews - don't tighten the "H" channels prior to inserting the roof panels, and if the panels bind-up during insertion spray with WD-40. Also, use some tape at the panel bottoms to prevent them from sliding out while inserting the other roof panels.
The engineering of the structure and the quality of the components is top-notch.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the gazebo. It looks great, and appears to be quite sturdy.
