Quality and great looking
I researched a lot of metal gazebos and decided on the Kozyard 10x12. Had someone else assemble it so it made the finished product much more enjoyable. It looks great and gives us the backyard oasis we’ve always wanted. Mounted it to a concrete slab so confident it will stay in place no matter the wind situation. Can’t wait to start enjoying the summer under the top and protected from the sun and bugs. I would definitely recommend this gazebo to anyone on the fence trying to decide weather to purchase it.

I am writing this review because I was in search of a gazebo. I checked reviews on top gazebos. I saw high reviews on a few of them, but I chose Kozyard not only for the high reviews but for the customer service. I called a few times with questions and to arrange pickup of 10x12 Alexandar gazebo. Every single time they have answered the phone. I would like to give special KUDOS to "Leona". She is so nice and easy to do business with. She is as nice in person as well. I did speak with another CSR "Bonnie" who was just as nice as well. Seems like they hire the best of the best. Customer service matters...great job.

Did a lot of research on these before I bought this.
Materials are high quality. Read a lot of reviews saying instructions were poor. Could not disagree more. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The pop out enlarged instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.
Was able to assemble alone except for connecting the sides together and needed help to hold middle bolt nuts under roof.
If you have any amount of furniture buy a larger size. I have a wicker couch, two chairs and a table and am very cramped.
Highly recommend.
Cut off the end of the provided allen wrench and use a drill to speed up assembly time. Do not tighten anything until it is completely assembled. I had to go back and loosen many screws when putting on roof panels.
It would be nice if the box with the instructions was marked. I had to dig through all of them before I found them. Read the book completely before starting.
